How do I book my travel plans?

Simply click the book now button and go through the instant online booking process or drop us a line, and check if we can accommodate you for the dates you would like to travel. It could not be that simpler. Once you receive confirmation then go ahead and organise your travel arrangements. Scott Calvin Vacations is not a travel agent and we do not book flights because our travellers are global and we simply can not accommodate great air prices for everyone and to be honest its not our specialization. All your monies paid to the company will enter a trust account, which is supervised by an independent trustee. Because you need to know what you can expect of us, and we need to know what we can expect of you, please take a few minutes to read our terms and conditions. It is essential that you take out travel insurance, as with any travel. If you are under going an active adventure please make sure that you are covered for this you will be amazed that sometimes such activities becomes excluded but can be added for just a small supplement. Once you have booked your travel arrangements, the payment for your holiday is as set out at time of booking - remember if you book online you can access you payments online and pay regular amounts or the final balance when required.  This is unique to Scott Calvin Vacations at this time. I'm not sure about where I want to go?

This is exactly why Scott Calvin Vacations exists.  We have a ultra experienced travel team all of whom live and breathe travel and we know every destination well, we also have young families so we know what’s best on that front as well.  Just contact us and tell us a bit about your travel desires, and ambitions what you are looking for and an idea of your budget and we’ll be delighted to come straight back to you with recommendations.  We can give you first hand information about the accommodation, the actual adventure you will find, the day and the night life, the local cuisine, the best time of year so that we can enjoy the perfect travel arrangements. What customer protection do you offer?

All monies paid to Scott Calvin Vacations will enter a trust account. Your funds are held in this account and will not be released until you have returned from your surf trip. In the unlikely event of the company becoming insolvent, your payment is protected by the company's trust account, so your peace of mind is guaranteed. This means that your money will be refunded in the event of our insolvency. All monies paid to Scott Calvin Ltd will enter a trust account, which is supervised by an independent trustee; administered by J. Baker (Magistrate). Your funds are held in this account and will not be released until you have returned from your holiday. In the unlikely event of the company becoming insolvent, your payment is protected by the company's trust account, so your peace of mind is guaranteed. This means that your money will be refunded in the event of our insolvency. 

What if my husband/wife/girlfriend/boyfriend doesn't enjoy the activity and does not want to take part?

We can get them into it with one of our package around the world or we recommend the best option that will suit you both, so whilst you are having fun in the adventure they can be happy doing what ever they wish.  We can arrange excursions from all destinations in most cases, so your partner won't get bored on the beach or in the jungle! Most of our trips come with a few non-activity options and we will take the time to ensure that your trip will be perfect for them as well as you, however do remember that we are a surfing operator so that will always be our priority.

What if I can't see what I'm after?

We can customize any of our adventures to suit your needs with in reason because we use local suppliers, and as we act on the behalf of these companies we can normally sort your arrangements out exactly. Just drop us an email or give us a call to discuss what you’re searching for and we’ll be more than happy to help create that perfect travel arrangements.

What day should I arrive in the destination?

At the majority of our destinations you can arrive whenever you wish - any day, anytime.  We can craft your travel arrangements to work around your availability and requirements and arrange transfers to suit your travel dates and times. Some tours and boat charters are set for certain times and this is important to note, this is always explained on the experience page.

Do you have a brochure you can send us?

We simply do not require one anymore and due to the environment and a constant increase in our travel offerings, we feel a printed brochure would damage the environment and would be out of date on the day it is printed.  

Can I pay a deposit or is it full payment?

We have a set deposit with what ever currency you are booking with and then full balance is with in 10 weeks of arrival. 

Are you a Travel Agent?

No we are not really a travel agent, we are not really a tour operator either we act as Scott Calvin Vacations promoting products and operators worldwide through this great website and letting them sell there product via our great brand name, we do not have our own staff in the destinations and neither do we pretend to, we work with a very select number of companies and do our best to ensure that your trip is excellent quality.
