Scott Calvin Vacations is not a travel agent and we do not book flights because our travellers are global and we simply can not accommodate great air prices for everyone and to be honest its not our specialization. All your monies paid to the company will enter a trust account, which is supervised by an independent trustee. This enables you to shop about and find what is best for you. As we do not book flights we recommend you book with an authorised seller of flights that have IATA and if in Europe an ATOL bonded flight company, this ensures that your flights are financially protected. All monies paid to the company will enter a trust account, in compliance with the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 (SI 1992 No 3288), which is supervised by an independent trustee. All monies paid to Scott Calvin Ltd will enter a trust account, which is supervised by an independent trustee; administered by J. Baker (Magistrate). Your funds are held in this account and will not be released until you have returned from your holiday. In the unlikely event of the company becoming insolvent, your payment is protected by the company's trust account, so your peace of mind is guaranteed. This means that your money will be refunded in the event of our insolvency. 

We can get them into it with one of our package around the world or we recommend the best option that will suit you both, so whilst you are having fun in the adventure they can be happy doing what ever they wish.  We can arrange excursions from all destinations in most cases, so your partner won't get bored on the beach or in the jungle! Most of our trips come with a few non-activity options and we will take the time to ensure that your trip will be perfect for them as well as you, however do remember that we are a surfing operator so that will always be our priority.

We can customize any of our adventures to suit your needs with in reason because we use local suppliers, and as we act on the behalf of these companies we can normally sort your arrangements out exactly. At the majority of our destinations you can arrive whenever you wish - any day, anytime.  We can craft your travel arrangements to work around your availability and requirements and arrange transfers to suit your travel dates and times. Some tours and boat charters are set for certain times and this is important to note, this is always explained on the experience page.

We simply do not require one anymore and due to the environment and a constant increase in our travel offerings, we feel a printed brochure would damage the environment and would be out of date on the day it is printed.  

We have a set deposit with what ever currency you are booking with and then full balance is with in 10 weeks of arrival. 

No we are not really a travel agent, we are not really a tour operator either we act as Scott Calvin brand promoting products and operators worldwide through this great website and letting them sell there product via our great brand name, we do not have our own staff in the destinations and neither do we pretend to, we work with a very select number of companies and do our best to ensure that your trip is excellent quality.
