Pure Astronomy Vacations!
Did you see that Scott Calvin Vacations has just added an Astronomy Vacation to its repertoire?! This is in recognition of it being "The Year of Astronomy 2009". This is to be the first of many Astronomy Vacations in countries all over the world for all types of Astronomy Vacationer - from the beginner amateur or to serious, hard core amateur. Within the next few weeks, watch out for several more Astronomy and Stargazing Vacations and tours being added.
The vacations will, in many instances, be offering opportunities not available (or easily available) to the independent traveller. They will also often accommodate a travelling partner who wishes to do other things other than Astronomy.
